What you will be doing
We are looking for a Head of EMEA Sales to help build long lasting trusted relationships with existing customers – so we grow those Accounts and to help acquire new customers. We have a particular focus on migrating our existing customers from on-premise to cloud.
We would like someone who can contribute to the company growth and execute against it by operating both independently and cross-functionally.
Your job
- 
 To manage the EMEA Sales, CSM and Pre-sales Teams 
- 
 Together with the CSMs, ensure continuous engagement and relationship building with existing customers, which will unearth further revenue opportunities in those Accounts 
- 
 Drive the migration from on-prem to cloud for existing customers 
- 
 Acquisition of new customers 
- 
 This is a hands-on role: review sales quotes/proposals before they are delivered, review and work to improve all pitch/proposal decks 
- 
 To review the current Partners and assess where the relationship needs to be reinvigorated and also to bring in new Partners that can work with Jahia to implement its solutions 
- 
 To work closely with Marketing to help/advise/suggest any activity that will help towards the revenue goals 
- 
 Use your excellent management skills, to ensure that the Team remain focussed, work as one and interact in the right way with other functions in the organisation 
- 
 To provide accurate and realistic forecasting and reporting using all the tools available to the business 
- 
 Focus initially on customers/prospects in France and UK and look to expand into other EMEA geographies in 2021 
- 
 Play an active role in the senior management team 
What you need for this position
- 
 10+ years sales prospecting experience in EMEA territory 
- 
 Persona: mature, calm, thoughtful 
- 
 English + French speaker with good writing skills required 
- 
 Paris office based 
- 
 People management experience 
- 
 Can do attitude to do whatever it takes to get the job done 
- 
 Great understanding of the software/SAAS industry 
- 
 Highly operational, organised and driven – this person will set an example for the entire French team 
- 
 Willingness to travel
